NASA’s forgotten secret
Rachel Adams observes space with the help of the Chandra X-ray satellite. When her colleague Shawn Whitfield asks her to investigate a cosmic phenomenon, she agrees—unaware that this routine project will dramatically change her life.
It quickly becomes apparent that Shawn has not found a simple asteroid – the object appears to have no natural origin. Rachel’s curiosity is piqued, and even when the project is taken away from her as a national security matter, she cannot be stopped. All the more so when it suddenly seems to involve her own past.
And then the object starts moving toward Earth!
