Martin makes a living assuring people that time travel is nonsense and parallel worlds are clickbait. Then reality upgrades itself without permission: street signs change their minds, history refuses to stay put, and strangers swear they know versions of him he has never been. Drafted into a department that files paperwork on misbehaving timelines, he discovers that at least one other him has broken reality’s rules. Now his job is to convince the multiverse to stand down before someone edits his world out of the document entirely.
